By Stephanie Springer - bio | email FITZGERALD, GA (WALB) –A Fitzgerald Club owner was arrested when authorities found he had more than a pound of marijuana.
Probation officers went to a home in Ben Hill County yesterday to serve a probation violation warrant to Harley Kirkland.
Officers discovered a pound and a half of marijuana, scales, bags and other tools.
Kirkland shared the home with Veoliver "Cadillac" Curry and operates Club Staxxx in Fitzgerald.
Curry and Kirkland were arrested and charged with possession of Marijuana with intent and possession of tools for commission of a crime.
