Crisp County-- A Warwick cop accused of pulling a gun on a man is out of jail.

37-year-old James Pitts bonded out of the Crisp County Jail Monday night at 10:30. His bond was $17,000 dollars. Pitts is facing several charges, including aggravated assault and making terroristic threats, for a Saturday evening incident at the Holiday Market in Arabi.

Witnesses say the on-duty officer pulled a gun on a man trying to assist Pitts' former wife with her broken down car. Pitts was fired from his job with the Warwick Police Department.
