ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A teen who police say was shooting his BB gun last night was arrested after another teen was struck in the head with a pellet.
Dougherty Count police arrested 17-year old Dontavious Hodge after he shot Timothy Zachery in the forehead with a BB gun.
Neighbors say the two were in Zachery's front yard around 8:00 Friday night on Plumcrest Avenue. Hodge admitted to shooting the gun in the air and said it was an accident. He is charged with reckless conduct.
