    The family of a Miller County woman is mourning tonight after GBI investigators say the 58 year old was murdered by her husband, before he took his own life.

Albany - Albany Police are looking for three men shown on surveillance video using a credit card belonging to wounded hardware store owner Walter Phelps.

Video from the Polo store at the Lake Park, Georgia outlet mall shows three men using Phelps' credit card just three hours after Phelps was gunned down in his hardware store.  There is a 4th man on the video who appears to be serving as a lookout.

Phelps was shot during a robbery at P&P Garden Center and Hardware Store on North Slappey the morning of July 3rd.

He is recovering from his wound and police are still looking for his attacker.
