ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  An Albany man saved his wife's life Monday afternoon after she had a seizure, fell into a swimming pool and nearly drowned.

Mikel Hollar was walking to the pool at Country Place Apartments on Gillionville Road about seven o'clock when he saw his 21-year-old wife Angel in the water.

As neighbors called 911, Hollar performed CPR and resuscitated his wife.

Paramedics took her to Phoebe Putney Hospital for observation.

Hospital officials say she is in good condition.
