By Jim Wallace - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Prosecutors said Monday that a Southside Blood gang member will testify in an ongoing gang shooting trial.
Prosecutors say Jarnay Evans will implicate three other gang members on trial for shooting a man at a crowded community pool last summer.
Tchywaskie Jones, Dabkowski Luke, and Jerry Lee Harris, Junior are charged with shooting Donald Winchester last June in the Carver Pool parking lot.
Evans was initially charged.
Two weeks ago he pleaded guilty to gang terrorism and prosecutors plan to call him as a witness.
Monday morning the shooting victim took the stand but he contradicted earlier statements he made to police and said he did not know for certain who shot him.
