EARLY COUNTY, GA (WALB) – A 14-year-old boy shot Friday night when an Early County man shot his wife and two children before turning the gun on himself has died.

Garrett Justice died Sunday at Southeast Medical Center in Dothan.

Investigators say 37-year-old Matthew Justice, a science teacher at Early County Middle School, shot his wife Amy, a fourth grade teacher, before shooting his son and daughter.

The GBI plans to interview the surviving victim, an 11-year-old girl who was shot in the arm, to determine a motive.
