Flint River Golf Course hosting their annual Hook a Kid on golf camp this week.
"What makes me feel good is that maybe in five or six years from now they will come back and say Mr. Roy do you remember me? They are as tall as I am. That is the joy. Get back out there and play," Roy Snead said.
The Hook a Kid on Golf is sponsored by the Albany Recreation Department, United States Golf Association and the National Alliance of Youth Sports.

Pro Roy Snead taking children who have never picked up a club and giving them lessons and equipment.
Snead has had over 150 kids go through these camps over the last 12 years and says the reward is watching these boys and girls continue their development.
Hooking a kid to love the game is good shot.
