
Albany, GA - (WALB) - 20-year-old Randall Harris and Christopher Raines are the two suspects involved in the armed robbery at the Albany Family Dollar Monday evening, where an employee was taken hostage.
Harris is at the Dougherty county jail. Raines is in the hospital after an officer shot him.
The GBI says that the officer who shot Christopher Raines in the armed robbery at the Family Dollar store Monday is trainee Christopher Hutcherson.
Hutcherson's training officer is McKinley Windom.
Harris has been charged with Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Certain Crime.
Family Dollar employee, Jamaica Jones, age 25, is the victim held hostage by Harris.
