Indictments handed down, another arrest in Blomberg murder

ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A grand jury has returned multiple indictments against three defendants in the murder of Sunday Blomberg, whose body was found in rural Colquitt County in June.

Herman Evans is charged with concealing a death, aggravated assault, felony murder, and malice murder. His wife is charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and conspiracy to commit murder.

Kenneth Randall Tomlinson is charged with concealing a death. 

Blombergh's estranged husband, Theo Conley, was just arrested in Florida. He is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

The body of Sunday Blomberg, a Tift Co. mother, who disappeared April 22nd, was found near a sandy path leading down to Warrior Creek on Vickers Bridge Road in Colquitt County.

Herman Evans is married to Blombergh's ex mother-in-Law.  The victim was staying with Evans and his wife when she disappeared.
