Pelham man drowns in Florida

A Pelham man drowned in a boating accident at Mexico Beach, Florida Wednesday.

As his boat was docking at a cove, a wave bumped the boat and knocked him overboard.

The victim is the son of former Ga. Revenue Commissioner Marcus Collins.
