ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Lee County is losing it's Administrator to a bigger county on Georgia's coast.

Lee County Administrator Alan Ours has accepted the job as the Administrator for Glynn County.

At a special called meeting Tuesday morning, The Glynn County Commission approved Ours as their new administrator. His first day on the job will be August 9th.

Ours has been Administrator in Lee County since April 2006. Ours said he really hadn't been looking for a new job, but couldn't pass up this opportunity.
