By Jennifer Emert - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) – In Sumter County, the Georgia State Patrol handed out more than 150 tickets over the weekend.
State Troopers stopped 157 people in Sumter and Schley Counties over the weekend.
One hundred and fifty-six of them got tickets, for everything from expired tags to seat belt violations. Eight drivers were charged with driving under the influence.
