ALBANY, GA (WALB) – There were more home break-ins in Albany Friday afternoon.

Just before one o'clock, the alarm went off at a house in the 1800 block of Dawson Road.

Police spotted a Chevy Cavalier leaving the scene. The driver, 25-year-old Michael Lee Morton refused to stop.

He drove through a fence behind the Red Cross Blood Center, Jumped out and ran.

Police caught him. They haven't decided yet what all to charge him with.
