Albany - A new flag is flying on the Dougherty County flagpole. The County Commission voted unanimously to display a "Support our Troops" flag on the pole in the front of the courthouse. American Legion Post 30 gave the county the flag last month. The American Legion sold hundreds of the flags. They're still available for $45.
