Albany- Inside the wrecked 1991 Cadillac Deville, were two black men...both had been shot in the head. 25 year old Eric Ingram, of Albany, died at the scene.

And, driver 26 year old Kelvin Pollock was taken to the hospital. Witnesses say a third man wearing blue jeans and a white shirt walk away from the scene. Now, investigators are looking for him.

Police don't know if the man, riding in the back seat, fired the fatal shots.
