Dougherty County- The women who had been arguing were in two cars that crashed eleven miles from the plant. 20-year old, Erica Williams Ford Explorer collided with a Honda Civic driven by 22-year old Nakesha Smith. Williams, of Albany, was killed.
The passengers in Williams' and Smith's car were also Equity Group - Georgia Division employees. Witnesses say the women had started an argument at the plant earlier that day. Dougherty County Police say charges could be filed as early as Monday.
