ALBANY, GA (WALB) – An Albany man is headed to federal prison on his fifth drug conviction.
Joe Johnson III pleaded guilty to cocaine possession Wednesday.
He's previously been convicted of drug charges four times. This time, he'll spend 22 years in prison.
Prosecutors said Johnson has a total disregard for the law and the destructive impact of his conduct.
He was also sentenced to eight years probation.
