Models prepare for fundraiser

ALBANY, GA (WALB) – The 3rd annual Catwalk for the Cause will be held Saturday night at the State Theatre in downtown Albany. Sixteen models will show off fashions from Blush. This year, the store's owners and organizers of the fundraiser are giving the money to Children's Miracle Network.

"We're just so grateful that they've decided to support Children's Miracle Network. It's helping local kids right here in our community. 100% of the proceeds stay right here in southwest Georgia," said Phoebe Putney Development Director Mandy Davis.

The event will start at 7 p.m. The Bo Henry band will perform, and there will be a silent auction. Tickets are $25 at the door.
