ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Moultrie Police have arrested three men and a woman in connection with the armed robbery of a Moultrie Mexican restaurant in which one of the robbers was killed.

Twenty-one-year old Malcolm Dewayne Williams is charged with felony murder. Moultrie Police arrested him around noon Friday. They say he and 23-year old Arius Martin tried to rob the Birrierria Jalisco restaurant Monday night and shot one of the owners outside.

Her husband also fired shots and killed Martin. Police also charged Derek Eugene Jett, Cissy Jett, and Darrell Proffitt for helping Williams hide out. Derek Jett is also charged with tampering with evidence for disposing of Williams clothing. All four are in the Colquitt County Jail. Police say the case is still under investigation.
