TALLAHASSEE, FL (WALB) - Florida State baseball team preparing for a second trip to the College World Series in three years.

The Seminoles working out for the first time since their Super Regional clinching win Sunday against Vanderbilt.

A trip to Omaha didn't seem possible after FSU was swept by Clemson and lost to Miami in their first game of the ACC tournament.

Since then, the Seminoles have won eight of their last nine games to earn the school's 20th trip to the College World Series.

A special world series since it will be the last at Omaha's Rosenblatt Stadium.

Head coach Mike Martin said. "Middle of the year when everybody realized. Hey Rosenblatt is going to be torn down. It is the last time we are ever going to get to see it. I am sure that was a motivating factor for our guys."

Junior Tyler Holt said. "We know it is going to be a great experience. We are going to have a lot of fun. We are going there on a business trip. We are going to take care of business but we are also going to enjoy everything that comes along with it."

FSU plays TCU at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The College World Series moves to a new stadium in Omaha next year.
