Albany- The GBI has ruled that the three officers acted in accordance with Georgia law when they shot B. C. Takach last Monday.

But, Takach's widow disagrees. She says, quote, "The police didn't do anything like they should have done. They should have stayed outside on my doorstep. I plan to get a lawyer."

Her husband was shot and killed inside their home when the three officers came face to face with Takach holding a pistol.

The Dougherty District Attorney's office hasn't yet decided whether to present any evidence to the Grand Jury.
