ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A teenager is in jail tonight after police say he demanded money from a man and hit him in the face with a gun.
Albany police confirm 17-year old Victor Luke demanded money from Frank Scrivener who was staying in room 159 at Superior Creek Lodge on North Slappey Blvd.
The victim refused to hand over money and the two got into a fight.
Scrivener says he got stitches above his left eye brow after Luke hit him in the head with a BB gun.
Police say the two work together in construction and had been bickering back and forth the past few days. Luke is charged with aggravated assault and battery.
