ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  A Colquitt County man's murder trial is scheduled to start Wednesday morning.

Prosecutors say last October, 45-year-old Andre Richardson pulled a gun during an argument with 29-year-old Curtis Lee Coasey, Junior and shot him twice.

It happened in Coasey's yard on Third Avenue Northwest.

If Richardson is found guilty, the District Attorney plans to have him sentenced as a repeat offender.

He has previous convictions on drug offenses.
