ALBANY, GA (WALB) –An Albany man was arrested for firing a gun during a domestic argument near a busy street.

Police say 41-year old Nathaniel Collins fired his pistol into the driveway of a home in 1200 block of West Third Avenue about 6:45 Tuesday morning.

Police say Collins earlier pointed the gun at 65-year old Wayne Goode.

Officers found other weapons and ammunition in Collins truck.

They say Collins was upset over a family matter involving his wife and child.

Charges against Collins are pending.
