Albany - The Doughery-Lee County Relay for Life surpassed this weekend's fundraising goal.

The American Cancer Society expected to make $85,000 for Friday's walk-a-thon at Darton College. They are still collecting money from teams, but so far they have raised $95,000.

Coordinators are pushing to go past the new amount by raising $100,000. If you would like to donate, call the American Cancer Society in Albany.
