LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WALB) –Lowndes County authorities are searching for home invaders.

They burst into a home on Morven Road Sunday and hit Gavin Stalvey and David Lewis with guns. One of the guns fired, hitting a car.

The invaders stole a flat screen tv and $1,800 in cash. Some of the stolen money is being investigated as counterfeit.

Stalvey and Lewis drove themselves to Smith Northview Hospital where they were treated and released.
