Grand jury indicts four Albany men

ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Two Albany men were indicted for vehicular homicide Wednesday afternoon, for the January hit and run death of a hearing impaired Albany man.

Antwan Fields and Terry Roberson were indicted for the death of 66 year Roosevelt Cooley. Prosecutors say January 16th Cooley was hit by two cars while crossing West Ogelthorpe. Two months later Police arrested Roberson as the driver of one car, and Fields for repairing the car.

21 year old Dremoskie Hunt and 21 year old Michael Stephens were indicted by the Dougherty Grand jury for aggravated assault. Prosecutors say the two cousins waged a shootout in East Albany April 6th, spraying bullets that hit a day care center and several homes.
