Fitzgerald- Detectives say 21-year old Joshua Wayne Hair, 26-year old Brian Richard Stone, and 24-year old Leroy Curtis Evers tore the metal plate from the shower in their cell.

They worked their way through to the air conditioning ducts and broke through the air conditioner on the roof. When jail administrators made their rounds this morning, the three were no where to be found.

"We don't know whether they're armed or not. When they left the jail they wouldn't have been, but because of the time delay that we haven't had them in custody, its possible. So, all three subjects should be considered armed and dangerous," says Detective Jim Thompson.

Detectives are asking people in the area to be alert and lock all doors, windows, and cars.

If you have any information about any of the three escapees, call the Ben Hill Coutny Sheriff's Department at 229-426-5161 or your local police or sheriff's department.
