Moultrie- The board of commissioners officially dedicated the new Colquitt County Courthouse Annex. The 42,000 square foot building is across the street from the main courthouse and will house 17 county offices.
"We just started occupying it about a month ago, and today was an opportunity for the citizens who paid for this and was kind enough to support the referendum to come out and visit and see what their money has bought," says Commissioner Maxwell Hancock.
Builders broke ground on the annex two-years ago. The 4.1 million dollar project was completed with SPLOST funds.
