DECATUR COUNTY, GA (WALB) –A Decatur county man is accused of attacking a lawn care worker with a machete.
The suspect says he was just protecting his property.
Sheriff's deputies responded to the call at 202 Ruth Drive in Bainbridge around 7:30 Tuesday night.
They say 35-year old Isidro Flores admitted to striking Eli Osorio's truck several times and cutting his arm.
Osorio says he was sent by the home's owner to plant some trees. But Flores chased him off the property with the machete.
