Tift's Covington signs with East Georgia

TIFTON, GA (WALB) - Tift County's Alexandria Covington has signed to play at East Georgia College in Swainsboro.

Covington will be part of the Lady Bobcats first season in the Georgia Junior College ranks.

Lady Blue Devil head coach Julie Connor says Alex Covington was a team player who averaged just under six points and seven rebounds a game.
