TIFTON, GA (WALB) - A Tift County School System employee apparently broke standardized testing rules, but school officials refuse to give WALB anymore details at this time.
Superintendent Patrick Atwater issued a statement saying "school personnel uncovered evidence of possible irregularities in the administration of the CRCT test in one subject area by an employee."
He says that employee no longer works for the system. He would not name the employee or the school, explain the irregularities, or tell WALB whether the employee resigned or was fired.
