ALBANY, GA (WALB) – The stock market has been more volatile than usual lately, and that has some investors worried. With big surges and declines, sometimes people get concerned about whether they should pull their investments out.

Mark Price is a financial advisor with Edward Jones. He says if you have solid investments in a 401-k or other retirement savings accounts, you don't want to pull them out right now.

He said, "It's a very bad idea. If you have quality investments, those investments should weather the storm. They have in the past and they will continue to do so in the future, so the best thing to do is have quality investments and then stay with them through the bad times."

He says if you are unsure of the quality of your investments, get in touch with a financial advisor to make sure your choices are solid and will be able to weather market highs and lows.
