ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Both Albany State and Valdosta State baseball teams have made the DII South regional which will be played this week in Tampa.
The Rams and Blazers both received automatic bids for winning conference titles.
Albany State is the 8th seed and will get top seed Southern Arkansas at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Valdosta State is the third seed and plays the final game of the day at 7:45 p.m. against west division rival West Florida.
The winner of this regional advances to the DII World Series in North Carolina.
