ADICA creditors want to be paid - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Companies are coming after the Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority to pay bills that Albany Tomorrow, Incorporated failed to pay before it dissolved. 

One example is an outstanding phone bill that totals about $30,000. 

ADICA is taking the position that they are not responsible for those bills and will not pay unless ordered to do so in a court.
