ALBANY, GA (WALB) – At least one real estate agency will keep the incentives rolling past April 30th.
Have you ever seen an eight-thousand dollar bill? That's what Century 21 is offering to get home buyers and sellers in the market.
They've rolled out the Connect two the one sweepstakes. It runs through June 30th and every month one home seller in each of their seven regions will be awarded eight-thousand dollars simply for listing with Century 21.
Agents say it takes an incentive to get buyers and seller through the door.
"We're just trying to get any incentives that we possibly can to get people into list or cell their homes," said Ralph Paustian of Century 21 Town & County Realty. "And to me $8,000 is a lot of money to do it and that's a great incentive on the sweepstakes they're offering."
You can pick up an entry form at the Century 21 office on Highway 82 or enter the sweepstakes online at their website.
