Future soldiers honored at TNA Wrestling event

By Tayleigh Davis - bio | email

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Dozens of future soldiers and NCO's got to be a part of TNA Wrestling Friday night. TNA partnered with the Albany US Army Recruit station to honor 30 future soldiers.

They also took pictures and met the men and women, some of whom will be going over seas soon. We spoke to one recruit who says he's honored to meet the wrestlers and take part in the recognition ceremony.

" I feel honored to be here and hang out with the future soldiers and NCO's," said future soldier Qwintavious Adams." "I like wrestling and it should be a lot of fun."

Most of the recruits will head off to basic training before they're deployed overseas.
