TIFTON,  GA (WALB) – A Tifton man remains hospitalized in fair condition after police say he was shot in the groin Thursday morning.

Just before 11, neighbors heard shots fired on Old Omega Road and called 911. Police found 24-year-old Antonio Pool lying on the floor at 319 Old Omega Road, Lot A, with bullet wounds in the leg and groin area. He was rushed to Tift Regional Hospital.

Police don't have any suspects, but neighbors witnessed a white jeep Cherokee speed away from the area around that time.
