Reward in five murders

April 16, 2003

A reward is now offered in two separate murder cases in Douglas. Five hispanics were killed in the same neighborhood in the last two months. Bartolo Salez Claudio was killed on February 28th. Four weeks later, six people playing cards in this mobile home were shot. Four men, all 20 or younger, died.

Survivors said two black men burst into the home and started shooting. The Governor's office says a $10 thousand reward is offered for information in the case.
