CAMILLA, GA (WALB) - The Albany State Lady Rams signed Mitchell County's Kedeemyah Cooper.
Cooper averaged ten points and six rebounds a game for the Lady Eagles who made it to the AA state quarterfinals.
One reason she picked Albany State is that is where Lady Eagles coach Rosemary Sanders played.
A coach who has also been a role model for Cooper.
Kedeemyah Cooper said. "She is very positive in pushing me. I like that about her. She pushed herself and if I am not mistaken she got herself a championship."
Kedeemyah was a second team all-region player this season
