ALBANY, GA (WALB) –

An Albany man was arrested not once but twice in the same day, for the same thing.

26 year old Patscealo Young was arrested for marijuana possession around lunchtime Friday.

He got out of jail four hours later.

By 6:30 he was back in jail for buying more pot in a parking lot on Dawson Road.

This time he was not released on bond and remains in jail.
