ALBANY, GA (WALB) –An Albany man, charged with holding up a Mall Music store is on trial for robbery.

Nathaniel Lewis is charged with conspiring with his wife to hold up the FYE Music Store at the Albany Mall.   His wife worked there.

Prosecutors say Lewis and Mario Brewton used a gun to rob the store in November 2005.

Brewton pleaded guilty to reduced charges and got ten months probation.

The wife, Evette Lewis, pleaded guilty to theft by taking, but hasn't yet been sentenced.
