ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Albany Police are still looking for three masked men who robbed and beat three people in a Sunday morning home invasion.
Investigators say three men armed with guns and knives kicked in the side door of this home on Poplar Avenue just before 7 Sunday morning, and demanded money.
18 year old Denise Poole, 22 year old Tacoma Brown, and 17 year old Jerome Scott told the robbers they did not have any money, and were beaten with the weapons. Police say Brown was treated at the hospital for head injuries suffered when she was pistol whipped.
Police say two of the men were dressed in all black, while the third robber had a brown shirt.
