ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Darton College scored 11 runs in their first four at bats and the Cavaliers opened a three game series with an 18-4 victory.
Erick Gaylord started the seven run fourthwith a single.
John Duran knocked in two more in the fouth with a single and Darnell Duckett's triple added two more.
The series continues with a doubleheader at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Darton.
In other scores, Young Harris beats South Georgia 14-7 and Georgia Southwestern wins game one against Lander 6-5.
