ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Albany's New Cinnabon store is the number one franchise in the nation.

Just look at the line at the Albany Mall bakery. This franchise out-sold all others nationwide last month. Owner Frank Ross knew the franchise would be a success. He said studies show more than 400,000 people shop at the Mall annually and the fact that you can smell it when you walk in helps.

"One of the key things that we try to do is implement the five values that Cinnabon is based on in working with our guests and that first values is called we act guest first, and basically what that means is that our guests are number one and we try to make sure that they always know that," said Frank Ross, Cinnabon Owner.

The Albany Cinnabon store's success will be included in information put out by corporate headquarters and they'll be featured in a national TV program. The bakery will cut the ribbon this evening and hold a grand opening Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. While they're not low fat, the company's motto is life needs frosting.
