ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Former Albany High football coach Harold Dean Cook died Thursday at the age of 76.
Cook was three sport letterman at Albany High and played football at the University of Georgia.
He started his coaching career at Thomas County Central High and then moved to Albany High.
Cook was also headmaster at Worth and Riverview Academies.
He was inducted into the Albany Sports Hall of Fame in 1990.
Funeral service for Harold Dean Cook are at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Byne Memorial Baptist Church.
