Lee County- Cumulus Broadcasting is sponsoring a support the troops rally Sunday in the Walmart parking lot. All six stations will be represented.

The Red Cross will also be there for people to donate blood. Cumulus will also have a huge banner set up for everyone to write a message to the troops.

"Since we can't thank them in person it is just a way for us to send a big, basically, a card to let them know how much we care about what they're doing and how proud of them we are," says Bobby Reed of K-Country radio station.

The rally and blood drive will begin at 2 PM. State Representative Ed Rynders and Miss Albany Kelly Bradshaw will speak at the event.
