ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Three members of the Darton men's soccer team will remain teammates next season.

Cavalier soccer players Sebastian Lara, Gilbert Ruiz and Stefano Barriga signed with NAIA soccer power Lee University.

Lara was a third team JUCO All-American and led the nation in assists last season.

Ruiz was an all-region midfielder and Barriga scored 31 goals in two seasons.

Darton men's coach Bart Sasnett is familiar with Lee University during his playing days at Tennessee Wesleyan.
