ALBANY, GA (WALB) – City commissioners are considering what should be done after an employee brought a gun to work.
While city leaders won't confirm it, WALB has learned that a gun was discovered in the desk of a city employee.
The city has an administrative policy that prohibits guns and knives in city offices, but it's not clear if the city commission formally adopted that policy.
The commission met today in executive session and we believe they were discussing this matter.
